Expansion of Wrocław's Centrum Południe development is underway

The second of the office buildings belonging to the Centrum Południe complex is under construction in Wroclaw. The local market will soon gain about 21,500 sqm of new office space.

The Wrocław office market will soon be enriched with new office space. Work is underway on the second office building belonging to the Centrum Południe complex. Construction work on the building has just been completed. The office building under construction has already reached its target height of 55 meters, and the traditional topping out has been hung. Construction is expected to be completed as early as the end of this year.

Centrum Południe is a Wroclaw office development, with a second building currently under construction. The office building will ultimately offer about 21,500 sqm of workspace. It has been located on Powstańców Śląskich and Szczęśliwa Streets and reaches 55 meters in height. Tenants will have at their disposal, among other things, terraces, a basketball court, retail and dining establishments and parking spaces.
