Eversheds Sutherland to occupy office in View Towers

Eversheds Sutherland, one of the 10 largest legal networks, has moved its office to the View Tower office building. Eversheds Sutherland is one of the largest international law practices, with more than 70 offices in 37 countries.

Eversheds Sutherland has been operating in Poland since 1998 and offers legal support in all areas of doing business. The new office will occupy the 18th and part of the 17th floor of an office building with a total area of more than 1,400 square meters. The space has been designed with employee well-being in mind and tailored to the unique needs of the legal industry.

The choice of Widok Towers as the new headquarters was no accident. When planning the office change, the Eversheds Sutherland team established criteria that the new location should meet. The office building met all the requirements, such as an attractive location - convenient for both the team and clients, a high and modern building standard, and a relationship-building environment.

The View Towers, completed in 2020, replaced the well-known Universal building and is one of the tallest office buildings in downtown Warsaw. It has 28 floors above ground with an impressive height of 95 meters and 4 underground floors. The office building received the highest category of LEED Platinum certification, which evaluates environmentally friendly buildings. In addition, it has a WELL Health & Safety Rating, which evaluates building safety.
