Even more office space in Gdansk

The office space available in Gdansk has increased. The second building from the Palio Office Park development has just been handed over, providing about 7,700 sqm of leasable space.

Good news for the investor of the Palio Office Park complex in Gdansk. Cavatina Holding has just received an occupancy permit for the second office building belonging to the development, PALIO B. The building thus delivered about 7,700 sqm of leasable space to the local market, while the first office building delivered as much as 16,600 sqm.

Palio Office Park is a Gdansk mixed-use building complex under construction on the grounds of the Gdansk Shipyard in the Young City. The entire development will consist of eight buildings with a total leasable area of 90,000 sqm. Tenants of the complex will be guaranteed underground parking spaces and facilities for cyclists. A number of environmentally friendly solutions have been used in the facility, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate. In addition to work space, there will be retail and service establishments.
