One of the buildings in the Browary Warszawskie complex has been chosen as the new headquarters of Polish real estate development company Echo Investment. The tenant occupies about 1,200 sqm of the office building's space.
Echo Investment, a Polish leader among real estate developers, has decided to change its headquarters. The company has chosen one of the office buildings in the Browary Warszawskie complex for its new office. The tenant took about 1,200 sqm of space in the Office at the Villa building, which includes open work space, conference rooms and many other amenities.
Interestingly, the interior of Echo Investment's new office was inspired by the well-known film Inception. Among other things, the rooms feature a mock-up of Warsaw made of wood, a direct reference to the theme of an inverted city, and many finishing touches designed to create optical illusions.
Offices at the Villa is the tallest of the office buildings in the Browary Warszawskie complex. The building reaches 15 stories and provides the local market with about 16,000 sqm of total space. The complex is located on Grzybowska, Wronia, Chlodna and Krochmalna streets in Warsaw. The building is multifunctional and provides office space, as well as residential, service, retail or restaurant space.
