Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper is attracting more companies. This time the building's new tenants will be two IT services companies - DXC Technology and Luxoft.
DXC Technology and Luxoft, which is part of the company, have decided to lease office space in one of Warsaw's buildings. The new tenants will occupy nearly 5,000 sqm of working space on three floors of the Skyliner building. The companies will move into the new office in early 2022.
Skyliner has been located in Warsaw right next to the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. It represents one of the most attractive and recognizable buildings in the city, thanks in part to its impressive height of 165 meters. Skyliner provides the local market with about 45,000 sqm of diversified, modern space for offices, retail and food and beverage establishments. There is a large parking lot available to tenants, which can accommodate more than 430 cars. The building also features a unique Skybar located on two floors of the building. Skyliner has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which confirms the use of many environmentally friendly solutions.
