DL Piano in Katowice new headquarters for Office of Technical Inspection

Katowice's DL Piano office building has gained a new tenant. The Office of Technical Inspection will move into the building, occupying one of the last vacant spaces in the facility.

The DL Piano office building is one of the most attractive buildings for many companies. Free space in the building is slowly running out, thanks in part to the recently signed lease agreement with the Office of Technical Inspection, which has chosen this Katowice office building, located at 54 Wroclawska Street, as its new headquarters.

DL Piano is a five-story office building located in Katowice. The building provides the local market with more than 17,700 sqm of modern total space. In addition to space for offices, the building also includes retail and service space. The building has a number of amenities for tenants, including surface and underground parking for cars, as well as bicycle infrastructure. An electric vehicle charging station will also be available a short distance away.
