District Court in Gdynia with its seat in the Podolska 21 office building

Changing the seat of the Gdynia District Court. Two Departments will be established in the Podolska 21 office building: the Commercial Department and the Family Department. The new tenant will have over 2,000 sqm of space at its disposal.

The Podolska 21 office building has gained a new tenant. The District Court will move into the building in the center of Gdynia. Over 2,000 sqm of space will house two Departments - Commercial and Family. The lease was signed in May 2022 for space on the second floor, part of the first floor and 20 parking spaces. Work is currently underway to prepare the space for the new tenant's requirements.

Podolska 21 is an office building located in the center of Gdynia. It provides the local market with about 13,500 sqm of office space spread over 9 above-ground floors. The building was completed in 2003. Tenants can use specially designated above-ground and underground parking spaces. In addition to office space, the building also includes retail and service units.
