Deloitte office in one of Wroclaw's most recognizable buildings

The Renoma building in Wroclaw, which is undergoing renovation, will have a new tenant. Deloitte will move into the building and occupy about 1,300 sqm of office space.

The new tenant in Wrocław's well-recognized Renoma DT building. Deloitte, an international company that offers consulting and auditing services, will move into the building, which is currently undergoing renovation work. The company's employees will occupy about 1,300 sqm of work space in the building.

Renoma DT is a Wroclaw building that is one of the most recognizable buildings in the city. Modernization works are currently underway there, thanks to which the building, owned by Globalworth, will regain its former appearance. In addition, the building will offer some 35,000 sqm of high-end office space, as well as a range of dining and service and retail establishments. The building also boasts BREEAM certification at the Excellent level thanks to its full green energy supply.
