Dell Technologies to stay at Gdansk Business Center for longer

Extended lease agreement at the Gdański Business Center complex. Dell Technologies will remain in the facility for the next few years, continuing to be its largest tenant.

The main tenant of the Gdański Business Center complex has decided to extend the lease agreement in the facility. Dell Technologies will remain in its current headquarters for longer. The tenant will continue to occupy an office of about 3,000 sqm in the Gdansk complex.

The Gdański Business Center office complex is a modern facility consisting of four buildings offering Class A office space. They provide the local market with more than 100,000 sqm of leasable space, including offices, service, retail and catering establishments. Tenants are also provided with surface and underground parking for cars and extensive bicycle infrastructure. Additional features of the building include green terraces and an interior courtyard, as well as a BREEAM certificate.
