The Warsaw Hub building complex, which offers multifunctional space, now has a manager. The property has gone into the hands of Cushman & Wakefield.
Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Warsaw portfolio with a new, unique facility. From now on, the company has under its management the newly built mixed-use complex The Warsaw Hub, which consists of two high-rise office buildings and one hotel building. What's more, Cushman & Wakefield has set up its headquarters in one of the office buildings and occupies about 2,500 sqm of workspace.
The Warsaw Hub is a facility located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout, which consists of three buildings. Two of them reach 130 meters in height and are connected by a five-story podium, while the last building rises to a height of 85 meters. The complex offers its tenants a total of about 110,000 sqm of high-end multifunctional space. The facility also includes many amenities, such as underground parking and bicycle infrastructure, for example, and a hotel has opened in the lower of the buildings.
