Construction of modern office complex The Park Kraków is underway

The ParkKraków office development by White Star Real Estate is under construction in Krakow on Saska Street. In addition, a summer leisure zone with a bar, food and beverage and many other attractions will also be launched for city residents.

A state-of-the-art office complex, The Park Krakow, is under construction on Saska Street in Krakow starting in 2020. Developer White Star Real Estate has decided to diversify the project with a summer leisure zone called Shuvary Park. It will feature, among other things, food and beverage outlets, a bar, playgrounds or play zones for children. It will also be a perfect place for summer cinema or art events. Residents of Krakow will also be able to use the modern space.

The Park Krakow is a Krakow office project consisting of eight buildings. The entire development will provide a total of about 100,000 sqm of leasable space. The top floors of the buildings will offer attractive terraces. An underground parking garage for cars, electric vehicle charging stations and extensive bicycle infrastructure will be available for tenants' use.
