Construction of modern Lakeside office building in Warsaw begins

A building permit for the modern LAKESIDE office building has been obtained by international developer Atenor. The first construction work has begun on the plot of land left by the demolished University Business Center building.

Construction of a modern office building, LAKESIDE, has started in Warsaw's Mokotow district on the site of the former University Business Center building. Its developer is Atenor, a Belgium-based company, and it has just obtained a building permit. The new building will provide the local market with modern Class A space. The building is scheduled for completion in late 2023.

LAKESIDE is a Class A office building in Warsaw, which is a combination of two interconnected buildings. In total, the development will provide about 24,000 sqm of total space to the local market. An additional advantage of the building will be its location next to a lake. Tenants will have underground parking spaces and terraces at their disposal. The office building has been awarded WELL precertification at the Gold level. The architectural design was created by Grupa 5 Architekci studio.
