The second phase of the Katowice-based .KTW office complex is nearing completion. The second tower will be ready for use early next year.
The .KTW complex will soon be enriched with a new tower. The completion of the exterior work heralds the rapid completion of the second phase of the investment, which is expected to be ready for use early next year. The .KTW II tower measures almost 133 meters high and will be home to, among others, the PwC Service Delivery Center and the LKQ Europe Service and Research Center.
The .KTW complex is a development under construction on Roździeńskiego Street in Katowice, offering more than 62,000 sqm of space. It consists of two skyscrapers, one of which, .KTW II, is the tallest building in the city. The office building offers an extraordinary view of the city skyline. In addition to office space, the building also provides space for retail and service establishments. Medusa Group studio is responsible for the architectural design of the complex.
