Construction of the Infinity project in Wroclaw has started. The company responsible for the construction work has started the construction of the diaphragm wall for the office building.
Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. is responsible for the construction and finishing of the Infinity office building in Wroclaw, as well as the development of the surrounding area. So far, it has completed, among other things, the reconstruction of the heat and power networks that collided with the building. Archaeological surveys have also been carried out. Eiffage has now begun constructing the diaphragm wall for the office building.
Located at Jana Pawla II Square, the Infinity office building will provide nearly 22,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. It will also offer its tenants 311 parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure. In addition to office space, the building will also include retail and service establishments. The building will be both environmentally and employee-friendly, as evidenced by the BREEAM Excellent certificate awarded to the office building. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
