The pandemic period has proved favorable when it comes to changes in office building arrangements. The Marynarska Point II building underwent modernization of common areas for tenants.
The main motive behind the rearrangement activities in the common areas of the Marynarska Point II office building was to create quiet places full of greenery, creating a warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation. For this reason, almost 400 sqm of space was modernized, which included the building's entrance space, reception area, lobbies with elevators, atrium and restrooms.
The revitalized spaces were filled with plants, warm lights and wood textures. A new rest and meeting area was also created, equipped with soft seating and tables. The entire Green Point is enclosed in a lightweight house-shaped structure, creating a feeling of intimacy and coziness.
Marynarska Point II is a Warsaw office building offering about 13,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition to office space, it also has space for retail and service establishments. Completed in 2008, the building rises to a height of 11 stories. Additional amenities for tenants include underground parking spaces.
