Warsaw's X20 office building continues to attract new tenants. Recently signed leases have made the building already 90 percent leased.
The X20 office building is doing a great job of commercializing its office space. The recently signed lease agreement with logistics company Linktis and the expansion of the workspace by almost 200 sqm of the company Polski Standard Płatności BLIK have made the building already 90 percent leased. In addition to them, many other forms have recently moved into the office building, such as Inpost, Universal Music Polska and B2RLaw, for example.
The X20 office building is a Warsaw building located on Czerniakowska Street, completed in 2020. It provides the local market with about 16,000 sqm of leasable space, which is currently almost fully leased. The building's users have underground parking spaces for cars, and the first floor of the building houses a Lidl grocery store and a Rossmann cosmetics drugstore.
