Colliers manager of two High5ive buildings

Part of Krakow's High5ive complex has become subject to management by Colliers International. As of now, two office buildings of the facility - the fourth and fifth - are in the hands of the consultant.

Colliers' Krakow portfolio has expanded with new facilities. From now on, the company also manages two office buildings of the modern High5ive complex, located in an attractive location right next to the Main Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska and the Old Town. The fourth and fifth buildings provide a total of about 36,000 sqm of space.

High5ive is a Krakow complex situated in an attractive location. It neighbors Galeria Krakowska, the Main Railway Station and is located in close proximity to the Old Town. The complex consists of five office buildings with a total area of about 70,000 sqm. The complex also offers many amenities for tenants, such as underground parking and tenant infrastructure, for example. In addition, a number of environmentally friendly solutions have been used in the facility, and the whole has been awarded the WELL certificate.
