The Citi Group of Citibank Europe has moved into the newly constructed Centaurus office building. It is the largest tenant in the office part of the Olsztyn complex. Indeed, the Citi Group's employees have occupied as many as 6 floors of the office building out of the 8 available in the facility, where one of the world's largest Citi shared services center has been established. Thanks to the signed lease agreement, the commercialization level of the building is already 80 percent.
Centaurus is a mixed-use complex combining office space, as well as retail, catering and residential. The office building delivers approximately 11,200 sqm of Class A space to the market. The office building also offers more than 100 underground parking spaces for its tenants and an internal courtyard with retail and service outlets. The building rises to a height of 8 stories, and Andrzej Kapuścik is responsible for its architectural design.
