Construction of the Fern Office mixed-use building will begin as early as next year. According to the original plans, it was to provide mainly office space, but the investor has changed these assumptions.
The realization of the Lodz Fern Office building will begin next year. It will be part of the larger OFF Piotrkowska Center complex. Initially, the building was to contain mainly office space. However, under the influence of changes in the market, the investor OPG Property Professionals changed the plans for the purpose of the building. According to them, office premises will be located only on one floor of the building. The remaining four floors will be occupied by retail and service spaces, the beauty industry, a medical center and food and beverage establishments.
The Fern Office building will be a modern, Lodz-based facility that will provide more than 8,000 sqm of space to the local market. The building will be part of the OFF Piotrkowska complex. The design of the building was created by NOW Biuro Architektoniczne. Tenants will also have parking spaces created on three floors.
