Change of Skanska's Krakow headquarters

Skanska has decided to change the location of its Cracow headquarters. From now on, the developer's office will be located in the Tischnera Office building.

In the first quarter of 2021, the Tischnera Office building gained a new, unique tenant. Skanska, one of the most important companies engaged in development and construction services, decided to locate its headquarters there. The company's new office is located on the second floor of the Tischnera Office building and occupies about 500 sqm of high-end work space. Skanska employees will also have access to a green patio located inside the office building.

The Tischnera Office building is a building rich in green spaces for relaxation, located at Zakopiańska and Tischnera streets in Krakow. The building provides the market with approximately 34,000 sqm of space located on 10 floors. Numerous parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists are available to tenants. The office building is also distinguished by a large amount of green areas, totaling almost 2,700 sqm. Among other things, the building features an interior green patio and numerous terraces.
