Warsaw UNIT skyscraper with new real estate tenant. CBRE, a real estate consulting firm, has moved into the building and occupied more than 4,000 sqm of office space in the Warsaw facility.
A new tenant from the consulting and real estate investment sector has entered the Warsaw UNIT office building. The high-rise building, located at Daszyńskiego traffic circle, has become the headquarters for CBRE, which has about 480 offices worldwide. The company has taken more than 4,000 sqm of workspace, spread over three floors of the skyscraper.
Warsaw UNIT is a modern Warsaw office skyscraper that reaches an impressive height of 202 meters. The development provides approximately 57,000 sqm of Class A leasable space to the local market. The underground part of the building includes a multi-level parking lot and facilities for cyclists. The first floor also provides space for retail and food and beverage establishments. The skyscraper is WELL v2 Core certified.
