A new tenant will move into the recently constructed K2 office building in Gdynia. The modern building will house the headquarters of C.Hartwig Gdynia S.A.
Good news for Vastint Poland, the investor in Gdynia's recently constructed K2 building. A new tenant, C.Hartwig Gdynia S.A., will move into the office building. The company intends to consolidate its local offices there and create a corporate headquarters in the building. The new tenant will occupy approximately 2,500 sqm of office space in the K2 building.
The K2 office building is a modern facility located in Gdynia. It provides the local market with more than 11,000 sqm of workspace spread over six floors. Tenants have underground parking spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists at their disposal. The architectural design was created by the APA Wojciechowski studio. The building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of this year. From the upper floors of the office building it will be possible to admire the unique panorama of the city and the Gdansk Bay.
