Building from Ocean Office Park complex awarded another certificate

Ocean Office Park A, part of a larger Krakow building complex, has just received another distinction. The office building has received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

The first building in the Ocean Office Park complex has already been commissioned and received another distinction. The building from now on can boast not only the previously received WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate, but from now on also BREEAM at the Excellent level. The accolades received are a confirmation of the presence in the Ocean Office Park A building of many amenities conducive to both employee comfort and nature.

Ocean Office Park is a complex of buildings located on Klimeckiego Street. It will eventually provide approximately 53,000 sqm of office space to the local market. The facility's amenities for tenants include underground and above-ground parking spaces, as well as retail and food and beverage outlets. In addition, a number of green areas conducive to recreation are available to employees.
