BREEAM certificate for Warsaw's Monopol complex
Warsaw can boast a unique distinction that has been awarded to one of its office complexes. Monopol obtained the highest possible score in BREEAM certification.
Monopol is a modern Warsaw office development by Liebrecht&Wood. The building was completed in the second quarter of 2021 and is already home to many companies, including Spaces, PepsiCo and Raiffeisen Bank International AG. The office complex was built according to the demanding BREEAM certification guidelines and has just received the highest possible rating - Excellent.
Monopol is a complex of two Warsaw office buildings located on Koneser Square. The modern buildings provide a total of about 22,000 sqm of leasable space. Both office buildings rise six stories high and share a common underground parking lot, which can be used by tenants. In addition, thanks to the eco-friendly solutions used in the building, the complex has become exceptionally environmentally friendly.
