Good news for developer OKAM. An official permit has been issued for the construction of new buildings and the revitalization of historic, 100-year-old buildings, i.e. for the implementation of stages D and E of the Bohema investment.
OKAM, the developer in charge of the Bohema development in Warsaw, has received permission for further work on the site. Both more residential and office units will be built in the near future. The plans include the construction of new buildings and the revitalization of 100-year-old historic buildings. The permit also covers underground parking spaces for about 530 cars. Work on phases D and E will begin later this year, with an expected completion in the third quarter of 2024.
Bohema is one of Warsaw's more interesting developments. It includes the revitalization of historic, post-factory 19th-century buildings and the addition of more new buildings. Bohema will be a mixed-use complex that will offer office, residential, retail and cultural space.
