Polski Standard Płatności, operator of the BLIK mobile payment system, has expanded its office in Building X20. As a result, the X20 building is 98 percent leased.
BLIK, which is a mobile payment system, is managed and developed by Polski Standard Płatności (PSP) and was launched in 2015. It is currently popular, with 13.5 million active Polish bank users.
The first tenants of the X20 office building in Lower Mokotow, Warsaw, moved into the building in 2021, including Polski Standard Płatności, owner of the BLIK brand. In May 2023, the mobile payments operator decided to increase its previously leased office space in the X20 building.
The X20 building is energy-efficient and distinguished by the use of green solutions, as confirmed by a BREEAM certificate of very good. The building offers tenants modern Class A office space, as well as many amenities, such as charging stations for electric cars and a mobile app to facilitate the use of infrastructure.
In addition to the Polish BLIK Payment Standard, tenants of the X20 office building include: Universal Music Polska, Miele Polska or Integer S.A. - Inpost.
