Bird & Bird law firm's headquarters in Warsaw's Central Point office building

Another new tenant in the Central Point office building in Warsaw. Bird & Bird, a law firm, will move into the building, where it will occupy more than 2,500 sqm of space.

Bird & Bird law firm has decided to open its headquarters in the center of Warsaw. It has chosen the modern Central Point office building as its new location. The firm's office will occupy more than 2,500 sqm of office space spread over three floors of the building, and the space will be properly finished and arranged for the new tenant.

Central Point is a modern office building, located on Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets. The building was completed and commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2021. It provides approximately 18,000 sqm of Class A office space to the local market. Four levels of underground parking are available to tenants. The first two floors of the office building contain retail and service units.
