SD Worx, a Belgian-based company, has chosen Katowice's .KTW I building as its first Polish headquarters. Talks are also underway to lease space in a second tower from the same complex.
The .KTW complex has gained a new tenant. The steadily growing Belgian company SD Worx, which operates in payroll and human resources management, will move into the .KTW I building. This will be the company's first office in the country. SD Worx employees will occupy dozens of workplaces on two floors of the building. At the same time, talks are underway to lease space in the still under construction second building of the complex, .KTW II.
The .KTW complex is a complex of two Katowice buildings that provide a total of 62,000 sqm of space. The office buildings are located on Roździeńskiego Street in the vicinity of another landmark, the Spodek. One of the buildings reached a height of as much as 133 meters, making it the tallest building in the city. In addition to modern office space, tenants have underground parking spaces, retail and service outlets or a medical center at their disposal, and the building features a number of nature-friendly solutions.
