The new tenant took about 1,000 sqm of office space in the building, and Brookfield Partners advised the company in selecting the location and negotiating the lease terms.
Equator II is a Warsaw office building that reaches 14 floors above ground and offers about 21,000 sqm of office space. It was located on Jerozolimskie Avenue and is owned by CPI Property Group. The building was put into operation more than 10 years ago.
