Bank Pekao the main tenant in Warsaw's Forest skyscraper building

One of the biggest transactions of recent months in the Warsaw office market. An agreement has been signed with Pekao Bank, which has become the main tenant in the Forest skyscraper.

The Forest office building in Warsaw has gained its main tenant. An agreement has just been signed with Pekao Bank, which will occupy 18 floors of the skyscraper, or about 30,000 sqm of workspace. Thus, the commercialization level of the building has reached 80 percent. The signing of the agreement with one of the largest financial institutions in this part of Europe was one of the highest transactions carried out in Warsaw in the past few months.

The Forest skyscraper is a modern office building located on Burakowska Street in Warsaw. It provides about 55,000 sqm of office space to the local market. The tower reaches as high as 120 meters. The entire building is rich in environmentally friendly solutions, such as green terraces, greenhouses and bird sanctuaries. Underground parking spaces for cars and facilities for cyclists are available to tenants.
