Warsaw's modern Chmielna 89 office building has gained a new, unique tenant. The commercial part of the building has been occupied by the Gorąco Polecam Nowakowski bakery, whose origins date back to 1925.

Interest in space for lease in Warsaw's Chmielna 89 office building is not waning. This time a new tenant has moved into the commercial part of the building. Nowakowski's Gorąco Polecam Bakery, which boasts almost 100 years of history, has taken about 140 sqm of the building's space on the first floor and plans to further develop its brand.

Chmielna 89 is a modern office building located in Warsaw. The building offers more than 25,000 sqm of high-end office space spread over 14 floors.
