Azoty Group is the largest chemical concern in Poland. It specializes in the production of mineral fertilizers and engineering plastics. The company employs a total of about 15,000 workers. Azoty Group ranks second in the European Union in the production of nitrogenous and compound fertilizers. The company has leased offices in Warsaw's Warsaw Trade Tower since 2013 and has decided to extend the lease for more years. The space occupied by Grupa Azoty in the building is 1,160 sqm.
The Warsaw Trade Tower office building is located at 51 Chlodna Street in the Central Business District. It is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Poland and offers 44,400 sqm of rentable office space. The building is highly recognizable due to its distinctive shape inspired by American architecture from the 1920s and 1930s. Warsaw Trade Tower also boasts a prestigious BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating, which proves the use of many environmentally friendly solutions.
