A number of companies residing in the North Gate office building have decided to extend their leases, and some have made significant expansions in the space they occupy. Among them were pharmaceutical conglomerate Sanofi, trading company Phoenix Chemicals Trading, one of the State Treasury companies and generic drug manufacturer Zentiva Polska. The building is an attractive investment product on the northern outskirts of downtown Warsaw. The owners are soon to upgrade the reception area and common areas, as well as create a new terrace with a garden on the third floor. The office space of this 90-square-meter building is made to Class A standards, with a total area of 48,000 square meters. The building is located near the Dworzec Gdański subway station, the Ibis hotel and the Arkadia Shopping Center. Brookfield Partners agency advised the state-owned company in the transaction.
