The lease of office space in Warsaw's Postępu 14 office building for biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca has been extended. The tenant has decided to remain in its current headquarters and expand it by about 3,000 sqm of space.
One of the most well-known biopharmaceutical companies in Poland, AstraZeneca, has decided to extend for another five years the lease agreement for its existing headquarters, which is located in Warsaw's Postępu 14 facility. In addition, the company will enlarge its office by about 3,000 sq m of space, bringing the total to about 21,000 sq m available for employees. What's more, AstraZeneca occupies more than 60% of the building's space and is thus its largest tenant.
Postępu 14 is a Warsaw building that offers about 34,500 sqm of leasable space. The building was completed in 2015 and, in addition to office space, provides retail and service space on the first floor of the building. Additional amenities for tenants include above- and below-ground parking spaces for cars, as well as a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
