Asseco Poland has decided to open its new headquarters in the multifunctional Cavatina Hall building complex in Bielsko-Biała. The new tenant will occupy approximately 440 sqm of office space in the facility.

Asseco Poland, which hails from Rzeszow and is now a major IT services provider in that part of Europe, has opened its new headquarters in the country. The new tenant of the office building from the Cavatina Hall complex will occupy more than 440 sqm of working space spread over the third floor. When choosing its new headquarters, the most important consideration for the company was the daily comfort of its employees. The requirement could be fulfilled thanks to the presence of A-class office space in the facility.
Cavatina Hall is a modern multifunctional complex under construction in Bielsko-Biala on Dworkowa and Sempołowska streets. It is also the first building in the city to provide Class A office space, which is about 9,000 sqm. In addition, the complex also provides space for commercial premises, a concert hall or recording studio. Tenants have underground car parking and bicycle infrastructure at their disposal. The investment has been awarded a BREEAM certificate, which confirms the use of a number of environmentally friendly solutions in the building.
