The Sterlinga Business Center building has received BREEAM In-Use certification in the ''Asset'' and ''Management'' categories. It was the first office building in Lodz to be awarded for its extremely high environmental standards. It stands out for its energy efficiency and convenient location, and in addition, tenants have the option of contacting the building's 24-hour staff. The nine-story building offers 13,400 square meters of office space and has two underground floors, serving as a parking garage with a total of 180 parking spaces. The office space is finished to open-space standard with suspended and lighted ceilings.
