A new tenant will move into Skyliner in Warsaw. Technology company iTechArt will occupy the 29th floor of the building, which is about 1,500 sqm of office space.
The US-based technology company iTechArt has decided to open its next headquarters in Poland. After Wroclaw and Lodz, the company has decided on a new location in Warsaw. The company has chosen the well-known Skyliner skyscraper for its new office. The new tenant will occupy the entire 29th floor of the office building there, which is about 1,500 sqm of work space. At the same time, the company will seek to expand its Polish team by about 100 employees.
Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper is located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout and is considered one of the tallest buildings in the city, as it reaches as high as 165 meters. The building offers its tenants about 45,000 meters of space for work and for retail and food and beverage establishments. They also have at their disposal underground parking for cars, as well as the Skybar, from which they can admire the extraordinary panorama of Warsaw. In addition, the building also boasts BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
