Allegro with new office in Krakow's Lubicz Office Center

The Lubicz Office Center in Krakow has gained a major new tenant. Allegro occupies more than 2,000 sqm of the facility's office space.

Allegro is a Polish leader among online shopping platforms operating since 1999. Due to the company's continued growth, it decided to lease additional office space in Krakow for its employees. The company has taken over 2,000 sqm of space on the 5th floor of one of the two modern Class A office buildings that make up the Lubicz Office Center.

The Lubicz Office Center is a facility located in Krakow at the Mogilskie Roundabout, consisting of two office buildings. Together they provide more than 33,000 sqm of total space. Construction of the first building was completed in 2000, and the second in 2009. Both office buildings have been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. An additional advantage of the building is its location in close proximity to the Old Town and the parking spaces available to tenants.
