Warsaw's Norblin Factory can boast the signing of a lease agreement with a major tenant. Employees of Allegro, a leader among online shopping platforms in Poland, have moved into the complex's office building B.
Allegro is the most popular online shopping service in Poland. Due to the company's continued growth, the platform decided to create its new office in Warsaw, where more than 600 people will work, while occupying about 16,200 sqm of total space. The relocation of employees to the new office began already in July. Allegro will thus occupy five floors of Building B of the Norblin Factory, making it the largest tenant in the Warsaw complex.
Fabryka Norblin is a multifunctional office complex, combining both 41,000 sqm of office space, as well as service and retail, dining and entertainment. The building is owned by Capital Park Group and has been located on Zelazna, Prosta and Lucka streets. The complex offers its tenants a three-story underground parking garage, and an additional advantage of the building is its location in the city center.
