A unique investment in Gdansk. DOKI multifunctional complex is under construction

A unique investment is under construction in Gdansk - the DOKI multifunctional complex. It is the flagship project of Torus, which will be responsible for the development of office space in the facility.

The DOKI complex is a Gdansk-based multifunctional investment, which provides the local market with diversified space. It includes office space, as well as retail and residential units. The latter will be about a thousand in number, and their square footage will reach up to 128 sqm. The residential part of the DOKI complex is being developed by Euro Styl and has been renamed DOKI Living.

Doki Office, as this is the name of the office part and the first stage of the project, consists of two buildings. Together they will provide the local market with more than 37,000 sqm of workspace. The first of the office buildings will reach a height of 5 stories, the second will reach 7. Both will share a common underground garage hall, which will accommodate almost 300 cars. Torus is responsible for the construction of the office buildings. The architectural design of the office buildings was created by APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio.
