A symbolic topping out has been hung on Warsaw's Skysawa high-rise building

Warsaw's Skysawa has just reached its target height. The skyscraper has climbed to a height of 155 meters, and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.

The topping out ceremony for the 155-meter Skysawa office building in Warsaw is behind us. Thus, after a year, the construction work and the most important stage of the building, whose general contractor is Porr, has already been completed. Now the construction of the smaller part of the complex, which reaches 9 floors and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, is nearing completion. The completion of the Skysawa tower, on the other hand, will have to wait until 2022.

Skysawa is a modern building located at 36 Swietokrzyska Street in Warsaw. The complex will provide the capital's market with approximately 34,500 sqm of space for office and retail and service units. Tenant amenities include underground parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations and extensive bicycle infrastructure. Skysawa is also distinguished by having an underground link to the subway station.
