An all-access year-round garden will be created in the Olivia Business Center complex in Gdansk. It will feature a variety of exotic plants, as well as relaxation areas and food and beverage outlets.
Olivia Business Centre is the largest office center in the Tri-City. The complex is expected to eventually provide more than 200,000 sqm of leasable space. Tenants of the complex, located within Gdansk's Oliwa district, include Allianz, AirHelp, Amazon, Bayer and Energa. The center has been under construction since 2010. To date, the Olivia Gate, Olivia Point, Olivia Tower, Olivia Four, Olivia Six, Olivia Prime A, Olivia Prime B and Olivia Star buildings have been completed.
A year-round garden - Olivia Garden - will be created in the complex. There will be thousands of plants, including many exotic species. Already the first tropical tree has been planted there. Benches will be placed in the garden, and food and beverage outlets are to be created. The implementation of these solutions will contribute to the creation of a public relaxation and meeting place.
