A new office building is being built at the Sky Tower in Wroclaw

Office space in the local market in Wroclaw is expanding. Another office building called Wielka 27 is currently under construction next to the well-known Sky Tower building.

As early as the end of this year, a new office building will appear in Wroclaw. This is great news for companies interested in leasing workspace in this part of the country. The new building, named Wielka 27, will stand next to the perfectly recognizable Sky Tower building. It will deliver more than 9,100 sqm of office space to the local market. The development company i2 Development is responsible for the project.

Wielka 27 is a Wroclaw office building, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022. At that time, more than 9,100 sqm of office space will be available to tenants. The building will rise to a height of 14 floors and will have a terrace. Office users will be able to use a two-level underground garage for cars and bicycle infrastructure. The building was designed by Chamielec Architekci studio.
