Work on the underground floor of Tischner Office in Krakow, carried out by Cavatina Holding, was recently completed. The office building will be completed in July 2019 and will offer 33,600 square meters of Class A space. Green spaces along with natural wood and stone inserts create a relaxing zone for employees, which is further enhanced and enlivened by numerous fountains. The building itself will have 10 floors above ground, connected by eleven elevators. The first floor will also include commercial premises. The developers envision complex routes for future tenants. There will be five terraces on four levels of the building, with a total area of 1,621 square meters. The composition of botanical elements with the body of the office building makes it one of the most interesting projects among Krakow's investments.
